Returns & Refunds
Everything in the Ro Carr Studio shop is made to order just for you. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting, so I’m not able to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing, or color preference. Please check the size charts and product details before ordering. And if you’re unsure about anything, ask me first. I’m happy to help.
If something's wrong with your order
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, or it’s the wrong item, I’ll make it right with a free replacement or a refund. There’s no need to send anything back.
Just fill out the form below within 21 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the problem. If several items are affected, one photo showing them all together is perfect.
If your order never arrived
Use the same form within 21 days of the estimated delivery date and I’ll track it down.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped, but the extra shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, they can take several business days to appear.
