18th Place for Octopus’s Garden!

Woohoo! My entry for “A Trip to the Beach” came in 18th place out of 1982 entries this week! Woohoo!

My design was inspired by the Beatles song, a favorite ditty from my childhood. I imagined an octopus happily arranging flowers from it’s underwater garden into a big urn – bright and happy colors, bright and happy blooms.

I created a whole collection around the idea, and products printed with these designs are available for purchase on Spoonflower and Redbubble.
