Plaid has been following the rules for a few hundred years. This one decided it was done with that. Sweeping waves cut straight through the grid on a smooth polyester apron with an easy tie-back fit, so you can cook, bake, or host the whole dinner party looking like you planned it that way. A classic, just not a well-behaved one.
