Sewist with the Mostest

It’s always a special thrill to see how people use my designs. This week, sewist Andrea Akkad tagged me on photos these two handbags she sewed – wow! So cool! I love how she combined different fabrics and the (faux?) leather with zippers and charms to create two completely enchanting bags. Don’t they look awesome?

When I designed the Mind Your Own Damn Business print, I was going for a juxtaposition of traditional and pretty femininity crossed with sassy feminist attitude. I can’t think of anything more fitting than to use them for handbags!

Well done, Andrea! And thank you so much for the share!
